Shipping and Returns

🚚 Shipping

All PSYCO orders are shipped from Italy via tracked courier.
Shipments depart as soon as the goods are ready, with average delivery times of 24–48 business hours.

You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

Shipping costs are always included in the order price, with the exception of international shipments, for which costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

♻️ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is intact, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Returns are allowed only in the following cases:

  • manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the product;

  • request for size exchange (for the same model, if available).

Returns are not possible due to a change of mind, personal taste, or reasons unrelated to product conformity.

To request a return or size exchange, write to info.psycoshoes@gmail.com indicating:

  • the order number,

  • the reason for the return,

  • and, in case of an exchange, the desired size.

We will provide you with all instructions for return and new shipment.

⚠️ Archive Section

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products belonging to the Archive section, as these are:

  • unique models, samples, or end-of-series items;

  • items sold at a reduced price or with possible small imperfections.

All details relating to these models are specified in their respective product sheets.
