Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions govern the sale of products offered on the website www.psycoshoes.com, managed by Calzaturificio Ester, with registered office in Via Amici 12, 27026 Garlasco (PV) – VAT number 02130990183 – contact email info.psycoshoes@gmail.com.

The use of the website and the purchase of products imply the full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

🛍️ 1. Products and Availability

All products on the website are made in Italy and accurately described in their respective product sheets.
Images are for illustrative purposes: colors may vary slightly depending on the device or material.

Some models may be available in limited quantities or as single items (Archive section).

💳 2. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT and shipping costs for Italy.
For international orders, any additional shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payments can be made using the methods available at the time of purchase (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).

🚚 3. Shipping

Orders are processed as soon as the goods are ready, with average delivery times of 24–48 working hours via traceable courier.
The customer will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the shipment.

🔁 4. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery exclusively in case of:

  • manufacturing defect;

  • size exchange request (for the same model, if available).

Returns are not accepted for a change of mind or reasons not related to product conformity.

Products in the Archive section cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are unique models or samples at a reduced price.

🧾 5. Invoicing and Documentation

For each order, a receipt or invoice is issued based on the data provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the purchase process.

⚖️ 6. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the court of Pavia shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
